Widerrufsrecht
We have a 14-day return policy. (Note: for pre-orders only, the 14 days will apply after the order has been shipped out, to guarantee you have the full period to inspect your item once it arrives).
Eligibility & International Refunds: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund internationally outside of the EU, the item must meet one of the following criteria:

The item arrived damaged due to shipping.

The item was lost or did not arrive at all.

The wrong item or color was delivered.

The item is defective or unusable upon arrival.
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to collect the package from a pickup point, or was unavailable for delivery, we consider our duty to deliver as fulfilled. The failure of delivery in these cases lies solely on the customer's side.
Consequently:

A 10.00 EUR flat fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs charged from DHL for returning the parcel.

Any shipping costs that came up (free or paid for) on our side will be deducted from the refund.

If the customer requests the package to be resent, the customer must cover the new shipping costs in full and reach in a DHL label with the correct adress.
To start a return, you can contact us at seikadotone@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address of origin. All returning costs will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. After we receive the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations: Please note that orders placed but not yet shipped cannot be canceled. However, they can be modified (e.g., address changes or item swaps) upon request. If you no longer wish to keep the items, you may return them once they have been delivered, in accordance with our return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
